These groups, and more are all on my to-do list!
Bowling is not the quiet, peaceful pursuit that you might imagine - not judging by the riotous noises that drift over my back-garden wall on a Saturday afternoon anyway!
There’s a serious side to these guys though - they’ve won just about everything going in Fife for the last decade. Visitors are always welcome!
Anyone for Tennis?
Adjoining the bowling club, Kinghorn Tennis club boasts two excellent courts - and with coaching, social events and very reasonably priced membership rates - you could do a lot worse than go along for a visit. It’s open to non-members on non-club nights for a nominal fee of £2 per hour.
An active and well-established group, the sailing club is open to newcomers and experienced mariners alike. Full details can be found on the Kinghorn Sailing Club Website. You can even buy one of their hats!
